Istiyak Ahamed Srabon is a Visual Storyteller, Photographer & Photographic Tour Leader in Bangladesh. He enjoys sharing the soul of his country through amazing photos and fun travel stories. He is the founder of Photo Tour Bangla that curates exclusive photography tours for international photographers, filmmakers and researchers seeking deep access to the hidden stories of Bangladesh – from ship-breaking yards and brick kilns to vibrant street life, rural traditions and recycling industries.
Srabon is a freelance photojournalist for Solent News (UK) and Zuma Press (UK). His work has also appeared in international media including CCTV Asia Pacific, CRI Bangla, K.ru and a double page feature in VSD Magazine (France).
Srabon is a student of B.A.(Hons) in Film & Media Studies at Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, Bangladesh. Besides his studies, he teaches the next generation of photographers the basics of camera work and visual media.
